About Us
Enam Medical College Hospital started its journey back in 2003, meeting all the requirements set by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council, and the University of Dhaka. The government initially approved 50 seats for the first MBBS batch in the 2003-2004 session. Since 2016-17, that number has grown to 150 students per batch.
The college is proudly affiliated with the University of Dhaka and fully recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). Additionally, the hospital’s training programs hold recognition from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). Enam Medical College has also gained international acknowledgment through institutions like FAIMER, AVICENNA, and IMED, solidifying its reputation among global medical schools.
