Prof. Dr. Gopi Kanta Roy

Prof. Dr. Gopi Kanta Roy is a highly respected psychiatry specialist in Sylhet with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, drug addiction, substance abuse, sleep disorders, and other mental illnesses. He holds an MBBS and FCPS (Psychiatry) degree and is also a WHO Fellow (India), reflecting his advanced training and international exposure in mental health care. Prof. Dr. Gopi Kanta Roy served as Professor (Ex) of Psychiatry at Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College & Hospital, contributing significantly to psychiatric education and patient care in the region. Currently, he provides consultations at National Diagnostic Center, Sylhet, located at 33, Arnob Mirer Moydan Point, Police Line, Sylhet, where patients can meet him during his visiting hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Closed on Friday).
